Qigong

Qigong is a meditative practice to increase your balance and concentration. Qigong is a system of movement based on Chinese philosophy and medicine.

The exercises help to balance the body and increase its’ healing powers. In the class we learn the seven basic poses – these are movements combined with simple breathing exercises. At the core of the exercises is a balanced body posture.
